Aslan Noorghasemi

I am a Ph.D. student currently living in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Since my childhood, I used to be an astronomy enthusiast. A couple of years later, I acquired a bronze medal in the 5th International Astronomy and Astrophysics Olympiad (IOAA), in Poland.

I graduated from the Sharif University of Technology with a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering together with a minor in Economics. After graduation, I started to learn Python programming language and I got interested in Machine Learning. In recent years, I have been involved in a number of simulation and programming projects. Apparently, I enjoy multidisciplinary fields. There is some form of unity that lies behind various scientific fields.

Currently, I'm a Ph.D. student in the Design Research Collective lab working under the supervision of Dr. Chris McComb.
